Start your day with The Breakfast Club

Our next Breakfast Club is at Flat Caps Coffee on Carliol square in Newcastle on Friday 26 July from 8.30am-10.30pm. You can drop in and out and join at any time. Event details here

The Breakfast Club, is a monthly chance for freelancers and arts workers to get together for a spot of Brekkie and a morning natter.

While being a freelancer and working from home can come with many advantages, it can get a bit lonely sometimes. So to help combat this, we’ve started to run The Breakfast Club; a monthly get together for local independent artists, arts workers and freelancers.

The Breakfast Club allows us to grab some Breakfast, a tea or coffee, and start the day with some inspiring chats before beginning our working days.  It’s a chance to get together and meet some of the other people out there, often struggling with similar challenges.

It’s a chance to have a natter, share passions and frustrations and get inspired.

The Breakfast Club is hosted on 26th of each month, at a different local cafe or venue in Newcastle or Gateshead with the location changing monthly.

We’re a welcoming and friendly group, so don’t be shy. There are usually a few new people and a few regulars at each Breakfast meet up.

The Breakfast Club is for cultural workers from across Newcastle, Gateshead and beyond. It’s not just for freelancers, but for anyone from the arts, cultural or heritage sector who wants a break from the ‘normal’ office and routine. Make sure you don’t miss out on one of the most important meals of the day!
